In the event that an order cannot be dispatched on the requested date, it is possible to change the delivery date or navigate to eSphere® to evaluate any changes to the schedule. eSCM® is the ideal tool for people who have to interact with customers: with a simple click, it is possible to know whether the product can be dispatched on the confirmed date in accordance with the production plan.

It is possible to graphically display the status (confirmed delivery date/unconfirmed delivery date) and the relevant data of each individual supplier order with a simple click.
Work account orders
