eSimulator®.

Download sheet

A specially designed and developed software for the operational management of the most decisive phase for production development in manufacturing companies: the entry of a new order into the company system.

The daily need to inform customers of the execution date of an order is the goal this module aims to fulfil with a substantial confirmation of feasibility from the outset. The main function of the package is to explore the company's production plan and determine the date of possible fulfilment of a request with the best possible reliability.

The eSimulator adapts to the user's needs by allowing the direct manufacturability analysis of an article down to the desired level of components and materials.

Autonomy and integration

eSimulator applies the expected workload simulation process resulting from the insertion of new production demands by operating directly on the actual production plan in a flexible manner, i.e. either autonomously or in integration with the management system:

  • in native mode, the simulation process can be repeated until a satisfactory item-quantity-date is determined and conclude with the automatic generation of a new production order (simple or compound).
  • in integrated mode, the simulation process can be repeated until a satisfactory item-quantity-date is determined and conclude with the automatic generation of a new sales order confirmation proposed to the management system.

Queuing and planning

The tool has been suitably designed to operate in two modes:

  • acquisition of the earliest possible delivery date based on the confirmed production plan, without, therefore, modifying previously existing and substantially queued orders
  • placement of a production order intentionally committed to a requested delivery date, thus re-planning previously existing orders

The potential of eSimulator® when combined with the other eNX® Suite packages

Taking advantage of the dynamic construction of the request made available by the ePrototyper® package, possibly even without master prerequisites, the user can use eSimulator® both as a simulator and as a dynamic configurator of the production request.
Through its integration with eNX®, the module facilitates operations by reducing input errors (items, quantities and dates). Secondly, it enables an organised and effective dialogue between people who deal with customer requests and people who deal with their execution, since it operates on the basis of the actual availability of the company's production system.
