eProduction Monitor Manager®.
The eNX® Suite’s operational interface is installed in the factory and constitutes a hardware and software system which have been designed especially for operation production management.
It is called eProduction Monitor Manager® because it flexibly applies the definition MES definition (manufacturing execution system) by directly collecting data from the factory's manufacturing centres during all possible process types (manual, semi-automatic and automatic).
It uses Driver 4.0 for interconnection to the machines, which makes it possible to give and receive information on both production progress and any machine parameter.
Workstations are appropriately distributed along the production path according to the cost/benefit rule (applied to location and device) and are, to all intents and purposes, points of the corporate network (LAN and WAN).
This significantly increases the performance and efficiency of the factory.
