My Replast Industries, a Bedizzole (BS) NextChem subsidiary in the Maire Tecnimont Group, is the most advanced and efficient plastic recycling plant in Europe. The recycled polymer is of the highest quality and has a recycling efficiency of 95%. They are able to produce more than 40,000 tonnes of recycled polymers per year.
The transformation from waste to new raw material takes place in five main steps: polymer selection, grinding, washing, colour selection and compounding.
