GP Progetti is looking for talents who are motivated to invest their energy in a structured project as part of its strategic development plan in order to strengthen its commercial management activities. More specifically, the positions of interest concern:

  • Post A: Senior Sales Hunting Account Manager (acquisition of new end user clients)
  • Post B: Senior Sales Farming Account Manager (client base maintenance and development)
  • Post C: Senior Sales Channel Account Manager (partner maintenance and acquisition)

Skills required:

The ideal candidate must possess strong motivation and professional ambitions, as well as proven independence and organisational and operational autonomy, framed within a restricted and structured project perimeter, punctuated by development systems and methodologies defined by commercial management. With significant professional experience in commercial promotion and sales in the fields of application software and management application design, the candidate should demonstrate a widespread knowledge of the application/management solution landscape with an appreciated preference for production management (scheduling and MES). The ideal candidate will be strongly results-oriented and able to collaborate within a heterogeneous work group, achieving the objectives assigned to their role, pursued through the set of tools, methodologies and knowledge received from commercial management, to who they will report. Finally, the ideal candidate is required to have proven high-level interpersonal skills, as well as strong communication (verbal, non-verbal, para-verbal and written) and negotiation skills.

Main operational responsibilities underlying work experience:

  • pursuit and achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly and annual order entry targets
  • commercial accounting activities with clients and prospects in Central Northern Italy
  • project bidding activities
  • high-level contact promotion activities, including through frequent telephone use
  • reporting
  • operational participation in team activities
  • study and application of the operational and strategic methodological criteria assigned to the role
  • participation in training activities, with the attainment of appropriate internal certifications

Skills required:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian manufacturing market (positions: Senior Sales Hunting Account Manager and Senior Sales Farming Account Manager) and Softwarehouse System Integrator and Consulting (position: Senior Sales Channel Account Manager)
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT management offering (primarily MES, ERP, BI, WMS and BPM/BPR) and major vendor/distributor players
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship management (including high level) and proven glossary in the application field
  • Reliability, professionalism, responsibility and work ethic
  • Residence in the province of Brescia
  • Aged between 35 and 45
  • Preferred degree in technical, management or economic disciplines
  • Significant experience of at least 5 years in a commercial role in IT companies (application/computer science)
  • Excellent planning and time management
  • Excellent pressure and result stress management
  • Unconditional readiness to learn and use operational methodologies and content
  • In-depth knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Willingness to undertake short business trips within Italy
