The programs designed by GP Progetti ensure results to enhance production in various company sectors. Many benefits can therefore be achieved by introducing the eNX system. A company of the automotive industry has indeed contacted GP Progetti to install software to enhance production management that interfaces perfectly with the management software already in use in its facility. In this case, the customer wanted to optimise the logging of process controls in compliance with ISO/TS standards.
GP Progetti identified two solutions to meet the needs expressed by the customer’s company: eFlexiMES and eQuality, modular software capable of logging the production process controls directly into the system to then display and analyse the data entered.
All software created by GP Progetti to enhance production management not only can be integrated perfectly with the management software in use in the company, but can be totally customised according to the customer’s needs.
In this specific case, the customer, who operates in the automotive sector, achieved the following benefits:
- Elimination of problems due to transcription errors (from paper to system);
- No paper (interaction directly with the system, paper is no longer necessary);
- Analysis of the production trend in real time;
- Represented x-r chart and indicators relating to Quality calculated automatically by the system;
- Transmission of certificates relating to the tests conducted to customers.
In addition to eliminating the use of paper, which may in any case be included in one of the planned activities to reach the sustainability and environmental respect objectives, eFlexiMES and eQuality software systems have permanently eliminated the possibility of transcribing and therefore making mistakes, allowing the company to enhance production management in the automotive industry through real-time production analysis.
Since they can be fully customised, the eFlexiMES and eQuality software systems can be applied in companies of the automotive industry, but also in similar sectors to log the production process controls, to then display and analyse the data entered.
