eTimesheet is a comprehensive system for acquiring, storing and retrieving data relating to employee attendance tracking, featuring:

  • Management Module (separate from the acquisition one), which lets you set shifts, working hours, staff groups, public holidays, clocking rounding, maximum permitted delay, reasons for absence and overtime;
  • Search interface, clocking display and editing;
  • Monthly calculation of daily hours (worked, absences, holidays, overtime, etc.) and related print-out of the timesheets (on stamped paper);
  • Absent/present staff verification functions, so you can check in real time which employees have clocked-in for the current shift;
